I. Acceptance of Terms

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. BY CLICKING THE "SUBSCRIBE" BUTTON OR SIMILAR MECHANISM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND THE PRIVACY POLICY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE HEREIN.

II. Modification of Terms

Far From Woke (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If material changes are made, they will apply prospectively.

III. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Far From Woke (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

IV. User Accounts

Some features of the Services may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@farfromwoke.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

V. Interactive Features and User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant Far From Woke (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content. You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Far From Woke (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) reserves the right to remove any User Content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms, without notice.

VI. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post harmful, obscene, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Services.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy data from the Services.

Far From Woke (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) reserves the right to terminate access for violations of this Agreement.

VIII. Subscriptions and Paid Services

The Services may include paid features or subscriptions. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are not available for any unused portion of a subscription.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FAR FROM WOKE (BLUE OCEAN MEDIA GROUP, LLC) DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

X. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAR FROM WOKE (BLUE OCEAN MEDIA GROUP, LLC) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

XI. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, to take place in Delaware. You waive your right to participate in a class action. Arbitration fees will be shared unless otherwise required by law.

XII. Termination

Far From Woke (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services for violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws, without prior notice.

XIII. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

XV. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Far From Woke (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) regarding your use of the Services and supersedes any prior agreements.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
